The Children’s Corner

Our large children’s section caters to young customers, their parents and teachers. We have something for everyone, from board books for babies, to novels for young adults, history, science and joke books. Our Children’s Literature Specialist, Audrey Helix, has the shelves so organized that finding the perfect book is easy.

And if you do need some help, Audrey is available weekday afternoons. Our rich selection of inexpensive books that are in beautiful condition can make stocking your shelves irresistible. Soft cover books are $1 and hardcover are $2 – $3, supporting our mission to “encourage reading and literacy by making book ownership affordable and accessible”.

We also make our staff and store available for:

bullet Field trips that provide education about our mission, store operations, and recycling efforts
bullet Special shopping events that demonstrate the pleasure and value of buying used books
bullet Service projects, including book drives or fundraising.
